Return – product change policy

Can I return a product and under what conditions? If you want to change the product because you did not like it or you just changed your mind you can change it but on the condition that it is in its original packaging (sealed) and that shipping costs will be borne you. Changes are accepted only with the proof of purchase that always accompanies the goods and within 30 days from the date of purchase.

If the product is defective or we are responsible for a mistake then the shipping costs are borne by our company. In any case we must be informed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
